ABOUT STICKEMS
Wickham's Stickems hit the road running during the Christmas holiday season of 2000, introducing a sense of colorful whimsy to the routinely humdrum drive on Los Angeles area freeways.

Stickems' principal architects realized that Mr. and Ms. Jones had spent a lot of time decorating their homes for the holidays, and wasn't it a shame they couldn't take some of that holiday spirit out on the road with them during their commute to and from work, or while they drove to the supermarket, or while they took the kids to school.

So they created a colorful assortment of highly reflective, safety vinyl magnets in the shape of Christmas light bulbs that could be applied to cars. Headlights from other cars made the magnets appear "plugged in" without the need for batteries or electricity. And by opting for magnets rather than adhesive stickers, Stickems provided temporary, reusable decorations that could be applied to not just the family car, but trucks and bikes and anything with a metallic surface .

The immediate success of the holiday bulb magnets led Stickems to create distinctive designs encompassing a wide variety of seasonal events and personal moods. And they soon followed up the popular reflective magnet line with a diffraction magnet line in snowflake, star and heart shapes. The diffraction material enabled the magnets to "sparkle" in daylight and soon became another hit in the marketplace.

Now, cars all over the country - even around the world - are changing the landscape of the open road with their Stickems. You can too.
